busy Shanghai recruiter43% of Chinese GDP comes from the Yangzte river delta are including  Nanjing, Changzhou, Wuxi, Changshu, Taicang, Suzhou, Kunshan, Ningbo, Jiaxing, Shaoxing, Huzhou, Hangzhou and more all around the  Shanghai Area. This makes us a busy Shanghai Recruiter along with working in the rest of China. It is quite a place to be active, therefore,  our China Headhunting Agency is happy to serve this area often.

It really is a dynamic area that gets lots of business for a reason. Most Western business in the 1800’s and first part of 1900’s in China bloomed around Shanghai as did a lot of Western Missionary work.  Thus, the Westernization and Western familiarity was high. So, when China started to look toward joining the WTO, they wondered how to get the attention of Western business. They found out that most Western businesses could only name Beijing and Shanghai and felt Shanghai was more business focused. Thus, the government in the 90’s took money from all over China and poured it into Shanghai.

As a Shanghai Recruiter We Make Quality Our Hallmark

The transformation of Shanghai and the region in the mid 1990’s was breathtaking. Moving from a ho hum moribund communist city and region to a vibrant dynamic metropolis seemed to happen over night. By 1998 I saw nearby Suzhou was also booming while Kunshan took a few more years as did the whole region.  Bigger and smaller regions all started to bloom. Wuxi looked like one big construction site in 2007 but was fully ready by 2011.  Transformation. Actually, from ancient times people connected delta streams via canals here making this a vibrant business area even 2000 years ago.

As with all our recruiting, quality is central to each placement. Bad hiring is too ruinous to play with. So, from understanding our clients at the start to deeply background checking before placing. We make sure that each hire is one you will never want to lose.  We are the Shanghai Headhunter you need.
