Good Times Bad Times. Be Ready for Them All

Most of us are nice most of the time.  Sometimes under pressure we do not act as well.

Your China distributor, supplier, or partner can be the same, but how far they go beyond your expectation is different.  Knowing that you did not register your trademark, they might register in their name,  so they own it, and you can not leave.

They might treat you well until some problem emerges, and then you might see a whole new attitude. They may treat you well till they feel safe or in a personal cash crisis.

Also, some will act professionally and transparently in all circumstances. You should have good contracts and due diligence.  We work to get these right, but tell our Western customers to choose these organizations on character that will not change when they feel safe or in crisis.

It is like buying insurance to get these things done well.
