I want to talk about one point he made a little here. Take a look at this quote
Take the trust factor out. All actions must be confirmed with proof.
I guess it is a question of semantics. For example: I would say, “If you do not trust people who you are partnering with or hiring, you will kill the relationship. ”
I totally agree that ‘trust’ does not mean to not check. Trust and Check is our mantra at SHI Group. We build our business on this in some ways actually. We choose to trust those we partner with and seek to always check.
When our heart is to catch people doing right, then the right people or organizations welcome the check.
