Understand First, Decide Second

So simple yet often not done.   Everyone agrees that we need to understand first, but it often does not get done in China. In Bloomington, it might take me X time to understand.. In China it often takes  2X or even 20X. We should not forget that understanding must come first. I am not saying you need 100 % understanding, but you need to have at least 70% in most cases and 100 in special cases. Get there. Making informed decisions will get you ahead in China. Do the research. Ask one more person.   Confirm.   That will take you a long way here.
