Current Thinking, Current Problems
I found this quote at a blog post about Who is your Customer? by Richard St Rose. Good post and worth checking out.
Albert Einstein put it best when he said, “You can’t solve current problems with current thinking; current problems are the result of current thinking.”
It is so true that we as leaders often are not open to outside thinking at times where really we need outside thinking. Our self confidence can cause our demise in this case.
How can we be open to hearing voices outside our normal realm without wasting our time? We must be wise, but we must get outside current thinking to make breakthrough in most cases.
Let’s not get stuck where we are
Agreed? or other thoughts to round out?
