To Develop Customers
Alas, I can keep my promise of writing on customers. To get and keep them you need:
- Good first impression ability
- Sensitivity to individual moods and tendencies
- Capability to get the customer to relax and talk
- Ability to find synergy
- Can attract the customer without creating unrealistic expectations
- Good quality, characteristics and speed in product
- A good team around you
- And providence
So easy to write. I admit that Sales is not my main focus but have found these to be excellent, simple, and useful.
