To Develop Customers

Alas, I can keep my promise of writing  on customers.  To get and keep them you need:

  • Good first impression ability
  • Sensitivity to individual moods and tendencies
  • Capability to get the customer to relax and talk
  • Ability to find synergy
  • Can attract the customer without creating unrealistic expectations
  • Good quality, characteristics and speed in product
  • A good team around you
  • And providence

So easy to write. I admit that Sales is not my main focus but have found these to be excellent, simple, and useful.
