This is where our business name comes from in Chinese. God helped me to see that we should find trustworthy people with real talent and do it completely transparently for our customers before Him. So we are a Christian executive search agency.
He gave me the inspiration and grace to find the first trustworthy talent. He then helps me with other Christians to develop the system that can send away those trying to lie their way into Western Companies in China. Sales candidates will say they sold $500K when they sold nothing. They should not succeed in getting in. We block them. Further, God wanted to raise up those who chose to tell the truth when it was hard to tell the truth. He wanted to raise up those hard workers who had real ability and thus did not need to lie. Our customers prospered, and so did we. We put our hope in the Lord, and He preserved us from day one, June 10, 2009 till now completely by His grace.
