What is a China Dispatch Employee ?
A China dispatch employee is someone who works for you but is signed on by another company than your own. I also like to call these dedicated workers.
China has no easy path to hire workers if you have no entity in China. It is illegal to simply send money overseas to their bank every month for example. The government wants to make sure all benefits and taxes are being paid. Professional employees would want an entity in China to sign them. So then dispatch workers are used. China found that Western companies in China would use dispatch workers, so they could avoid paying mandatory benefits. The government cracked down on this. That way is not a good usage.
