Raise your Recruiting Quality By Going All the Way
We most like to do it with the most quality. Then, we know the hire will be good. Samples, feedback, search. Then, we deeply interview and collect data and our doubts, you interview and collect your doubts. We deeply background check the doubts we have. We tend to have more doubts then our customers as we have much more experience. The customers do better if they really see what awe are doing. By the second time we recruit, most customers see what and why we are doing this.
Some customers put little effort into sample feedback. We can still serve them, but it takes longer as we cannot read our customers minds. SHI Group can only search for what you tell us. We can only give them the picture of your company that you paint. Notably, we also study your web site and material as finds it helps us a lot to find what you need. However, any gaps in communication just lengthen the process and leads to slower placement. Sometimes, the gems are lost when the gap happens. We do our best in all circumstances, but the more you partner with us, the more you can do.
Some companies do not put as much stock in the results of the background check. We can let you hire people that we do not recommend, but we know that raises your risks more. We would rather do it the hard way and make the great placement.
